Canthoplasty (Tighten at Outer Corner) Before After This patient underwent bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty and bilateral lateral canthoplasty to tighten the lower eyelids combined with a lateral mini cheek lift performed through a smile line to treat the folds over the upper cheeks, especially on the patient´s right side.
