Canthoplasty (Tighten at Outer Corner)
This patient underwent full face CO2 laser resurfacing, a left upper eyelid ptosis repair, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty and bilateral lateral canthoplasty tightening the lower eyelids at the outer corners.
