Canthoplasty (Tighten at Outer Corner) Before After In this patient after previous blepharoplasty by some other doctor, the eyelids had lower eyelid skin removed and became pulled down. A SOOF procedure (full mid-face cheek lift), which lifted the cheeks, as well as a lateral canthoplasty, which tightened the eyelids at the lateral corner, was performed and the patient was much more comfortable postoperatively.
