Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty w/ Skin Incision Before After This patient had an endoscopic brow lift (because of a receding hairline and balding on top), bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty and bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty with skin excision. Note how preoperatively the skin has bunched between the eyebrows and the eyebrows are so low that they were actually resting on the eyelids. To perform upper eyelid surgery the eyebrows needed to first be raised and out of the way.
