Lower Eyelid Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty Before After This patient had a chronic swelling of the white of the left eye (chemosis) which can be appreciated in the preoperative single left eye view. Postoperatively, one can see him after the swelling in Tenon’s capsule was removed and the white of the eye is flat. He also underwent bilateral transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
