Chemical Peels Before After This patient underwent bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty, bilateral transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty, removal of some growths on the lower eyelids, and a 25% TCA chemical peel of the lower eyelid skin to treat the fine lines.
