This Asian woman came in with chief complaint of drooping upper eyelids, worst on the right side. It was difficult for her to read or keep her eyes open and she sometimes used her finger to hold her eye open to see. She had previous ptosis repair by another doctor five years earlier that only worked for awhile. After levator advancement ptosis repair, and she was happy to be able to see and read better, and also have her “double lids” again.
