Dermolipoma – Preoperatively this patient had a lipodermoid cyst on the outer part of the right eye. The patient is looking to the left and down toward her nose to better show the cyst. Postoperatively after removing of the lipdermoid cyst she is again shown looking to the left to show how normal the eye now looks.
